Majordom.app is a platform developed and operated by Monolit Digital SL.
Purpose
Majordom is a digital platform that allows users to:
- Connect specialized workshops with Tesla vehicle owners
- Analyze vehicle usage
- Generate maintenance recommendations
- Facilitate communication between the workshop and the customer
Terms of use
The user agrees to:
- Use the platform lawfully
- Not carry out fraudulent uses
- Not interfere with the operation of the system
Nature of the service
Majordom:
- Is not an official Tesla service
- Does not replace mandatory technical inspections
- Does not guarantee the detection of all vehicle issues
Recommendations are indicative.
Tesla connection
The user voluntarily authorizes access to their Tesla account through a secure token system.
Important:
- Access is read-only
- Majordom cannot control the vehicle
- The user may revoke access at any time
Liability
Monolit Digital SL is not liable for:
- Service availability failures
- Errors in data provided by third parties (Tesla)
- Decisions made by the user or the workshop
Intellectual property
All platform content - design, code and the Majordom brand - is the property of Monolit Digital SL.
Data protection
Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Applicable law
This site is governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute, jurisdiction shall be Barcelona, Spain.
