3. Technical vehicle data (Tesla)
Through the Tesla connection:
- Battery level
- Mileage
- Tire pressure
- Vehicle status
- Other data available in read-only mode
Tesla connection
Majordom uses a read-only connection system based on access tokens.
This means that:
- We do not have write access to the vehicle
- We cannot control the vehicle
- We only access the data needed to provide the service
The user may revoke access at any time.
Purpose of processing
We process data in order to:
- Provide the vehicle monitoring service
- Generate maintenance recommendations
- Facilitate communication between the workshop and the customer
- Improve the user experience
- Analyze platform usage (without cookies)
Legal basis
- Performance of the contract (use of the platform)
- User consent (Tesla connection)
- Legitimate interest (service improvement)
Data retention
Data are kept:
- While the user keeps their account active
- Or until they request deletion
